About me
Zach Solomons is the Manager of Inclusion Services at the Department of Human Service Programs in Cambridge, where he leads the Inclusion Initiative. This program is dedicated to ensuring students with identified needs or disabilities receive the supports and accommodations necessary for their success in Out of School Time programs. Zach holds a Master's degree in Social Work, and his expertise spans a variety of clinical and educational settings. Zach brings a holistic, person-centered approach to his work. He collaborates closely with educators, service providers, program staff, and families in an effort to create inclusive environments where all students can thrive. Zach aims to be a valuable leader in advancing the city's efforts to provide inclusive services and support to its students.
