About me
Nancy moved to Cambridge in 1994 when her then boyfriend, now husband said, “If we don’t live in Cambridge, I will be miserable every day of my life.” I think we made the right choice. Since then, she has taught 8th grade social studies, become a mom, learned how to make jewelry and knit, served on the Cambridge School Committee, and a few other things along the way. Now she is the Executive Director of the Family Policy Council, a body dedicated to developing recommendations aimed at improving the quality of life for children, youth, and families in Cambridge.
