In this in-person leadership development series, we are inviting teams of Youth Workers and Staff Leaders across Cambridge to build and co-create with a cohort of like-minded, passionate, and caring youth workers to encourage youth to have an impact in their communities and take charge of their own destinies.
This program is through application onlyThe application process is to help put together a robust group of leaders who will challenge, encourage, and love each other through this transformative and emergent process.

This cohort is for Youth Workers and Staff Leaders who are:
* Currently working in programs serving Cambridge youth and families of all ages
* Committed to uplifting the voices of Youth
* Thrive learning in community, alongside peers, through interactive and discussion based activities
* Have some experience and/or deep interest in work centered on racial justice, social justice, and youth advocacy
* Willing to dive deeply into a personal exploration of individual and societal identities and how they intersect with our Youth Worker identities.
